What is Clever PRO CONTROL?

The Clever PRO CONTROL (RJ11) is a comprehensive control unit specially developed for operating air curtains. The versatile control unit can communicate via a Modbus interface, and various operating modes can be selected: semi-automatic, automatic, Modbus. All operating modes adapt the air curtain’s function to the climatic conditions at the entrance in order to maintain comfort and maximise energy savings.

The status of the air curtain is displayed in real time: air volume level, heating level, temperature (ambient, outside, intake, exhaust), door status, alarms, errors and much more. The display has an integrated temperature sensor for measuring the ambient temperature. The operating modes are compatible with combinations of different temperature sensors (room, outside, intake and exhaust sensors). A door contact signal transmitter can be connected to the main circuit board in the air curtain. The air curtain can be controlled via a standard Ethernet connection.

The start screen features menu displays that are available depending on authorisations. The display can be locked. A flashing red symbol indicates an alarm or malfunction. The temperature setpoint, air volume and heating level can be set in the quick menu. The weekly scheduler programme allows 10 actions to be set per day or day group.

Schematic overview

The Clever PRO CONTROL can be connected to the main circuit board in the air curtain using an RJ11 connection cable. Power is supplied by the internal circuit board in the air curtain.
