Starting your career

After an official welcome and company presentation, our new colleagues were given an initial insight into processes, training content and our values. During a speed meeting with trainees from higher years and a safety workshop, they were able to make direct contacts and pick up useful tips for their everyday work.

On the second day, an exciting factory tour was on the agenda, followed by team challenges at the Bobachshof – from Arrow Tech to curling. Here, everyone was able to show their team spirit, have fun together and get to know each other even better. The event concluded with a dinner together, where experiences were reviewed and new friendships were deepened.
