Casing

Base frames with threaded bolts for tightening of suction side accessories and retracted inlet cone made of galvanised sheet metal steel. Rain protective hood and square casing made of seawater-proof aluminium. Motor cage with integrated contact-protection made of plastic coated round bar steel. Housing with integrated sound insulation (S) for design DV(S)...G, DVE(S)...G and DVW(S)...G.

Impellers

Impellers are mounted directly to the rotor of the external rotor EC motor and are dynamically balanced on two levels with the rotor according to quality level G 2,5 / G 6,3 as per DIN ISO 21940-11.

Electrical connection

The motors are equipped with a built-on terminal box with easy access for electrical connection after removal of the rain cover.

The electrical connection is possible over the mounted ON/OFF-switch.
Type "open loop"
In the “open loop” (standard) model, the speed is continuously provided by a 0-10V signal or a potentiometer (accessories).
Type "closed loop"
In the “closed loop” model, the pressure setpoint is continuously provided via a pre-wired potentiometer or a 0-10V signal. The pre-assembled pressure sensor has a display (Sizes 190-310 without display) with an adjustable pressure measurement range of (100 Pa, 300 Pa, 500 Pa, 1000 Pa).

Casing

The casing of the Rosenberg roof fans DV(S) and DVE(S) consists of seawater-resistant aluminium and a base frame with integrated inlet cone (from size 560 with additional plastic coating). Casing with integrated sound insulation (Type DVS and DVES)

Impellers are mounted directly to the rotor of the external rotor EC motor and are dynamically balanced on two levels with the rotor according to quality level G 2,5 / G 6,3 as per DIN ISO 21940-11.

Impellers

Efficiency-optimised high performance impellers with backward curved blades made of aluminium. The impellers together with the impeller hub are dynamically balanced on two levels with the rotor according to quality level G 2,5 / G 6,3 as per DIN ISO 21940-11. The impellers are mounted overhung on the shaft of an IEC standard motor type B5.

Electrical connection

model - DVNF/DVNFS
The electrical connection is mounted on the housing by a frequency converter. With model -GS the electrical connection mounted directly by the ON/Off-switch.
model - DVN/DVNS
The wiring box of the motor is easily accessible. The motor has to be connected according to the wiring diagram and in accordance with valid regulations and local laws. With model -GS the electrical connection mounted directly by the ON/Off-switch.
