Casing

Casings are made of galvanised steel sheet in the shape of rectangular ducts for direct installation into an air duct in every position. Suction and pressure side equipped with standard flanges.

Impellers

Forward curved centrifugal impellers made of galvanised sheet steel are used. The impellers are mounted directly on the rotors of the external rotor motors and are dynamically balanced on two levels with the rotor according to quality level G2.5 as per DIN ISO 1940.

Electrical connection

The drive motors are fitted with an outgoing cable. The electrical connection is made via an IP44 terminal box which is supplied loose.

Direction of rotation

The direction of rotation is clockwise as seen from the suction side.

Gehäuse

Die Gehäuse sind aus verzinktem Stahlblech hergestellt und als rechteckiger Kanal ausgebildet, zum direkten Einbau in Luftkanäle in jeder beliebigen Einbaulage. Saug- und druckseitig mit Normflanschen ausgestattet.

Laufräder

Es werden vorwärtsgekrümmte Trommellaufräder aus verzinktem Stahlblech eingesetzt. Die Laufräder sind direkt auf die Rotoren der Außenläufermotoren aufgebaut und zusammen mit diesen entsprechend Gütestufe G2.5 nach DIN ISO 1940 auf zwei Ebenen dynamisch ausgewuchtet.

Elektrischer Anschluss

Die Antriebsmotoren haben ein ausgeführtes Kabel. Der elektrische Anschluss erfolgt durch einen lose beigefügten Anschlusskasten in Schutzart IP44.

Drehrichtung

Die Drehrichtung ist auf Ansaugseite gesehen rechtsdrehend.

Casing

The casings are available as galvanised sheet steel as a standard feature. If desired, the casing can also be provided as plastic coated. The casing can be equipped with an inspection door. In the long version L, the motor and the impeller are covered by the casing length; in the shorter version K, however, the motor extends beyond the casing. The casing with defined flange hole pattern (slots for different bolt circle diameters) ensures an easy connection to the pipe system.

Motors

Drive motors three phase IEC motors model B3 protection class IP55 type with class F 2, 4, 6 or 8-pole. On request, multi-speed motors can be supplied with 2 or 3 speeds.

Impellers

Impellers, wings and hubs made of die-cast aluminium, with aerodynamically optimised profiles to achieve high efficiency and low noise. The profile angles can be adjusted at rest to obtain the required operating point.

model - AND

for sizes 400-710, the hub is fitted with 5 or 10 blades depending on the power requirement ; for sizes 500, 630 and 710, 7 or 14 addition blades are used.

model - ANDB

for sizes 560-800, the hub is fitted with 6 or 9 blades depending on the power requirement ; for sizes 900 and 1000, 5 or 10 addition blades are used.

Electrical connection

The motor cable is routed loosely through the casing. Upon request, a terminal box can be attached to the casing or may be supplied loose.

Gehäuse

Die Gehäuse sind standardmäßig aus feuerverzinktem Stahlblech. Auf Wunsch können die Gehäuse auch kunststoffbeschichtet geliefert werden. Die Gehäuse können mit einer Revisionsklappe ausgerüstet werden. Bei der langen Ausführung L sind der Motor und das Laufrad von der Gehäuselänge bedeckt, bei der kürzeren Ausführung K ragt dagegen der Motor über das Gehäuse hinaus. Die Gehäuse mit definiertem Flansch-Lochbild (Langlöcher für verschiedene Lochkreisdurchmesser) gewährleisten einen einfachen Anschluss an das Rohrsystem.

Motoren

Antriebsmotoren Dreiphasen- IEC Normmotoren der Bauform B3 in Schutzart IP55 mit Wärmeklasse F 2-, 4-, 6- oder 8 polig. Auf Anfrage können polumschaltbare Motoren mit 2 oder 3 Drehzahlen geliefert werden.

Laufräder

Laufräder, Tragflügeln und Naben aus Aluminium-Druckguss, mit aerodynamisch optimierten Profilen werden hohe Wirkungsgrade und niederem Geräusch erreicht. Die Profile lassen sich im Stillstand im Winkel einstellen um so den geforderten Betriebspunkt zu erzielen.

Ausführung - AND

Für die Baugrößen 400 bis 710 wird die Nabe mit 5 oder 10 Schaufeln je nach Leistungsbedarf bestückt, für die Baugrößen 500, 630 und 710 werden zusätzlich 7 bzw. 14 Schaufeln verwendet.

Ausführung - ANDB

Für die Baugrößen 560 bis 800 wird die Nabe mit 3, 6 oder 9 Schaufeln je nach Leistungsbedarf bestückt, für die Baugrößen 900 und 1000 werden 5 bzw. 10 Schaufeln verwendet.

Elektrischer Anschluss

Das Motoranschlusskabel ist durch das Gehäuse lose ausgeführt. Auf Wunsch kann ein Klemmkasten am Gehäuse befestigt oder lose mitgeliefert werden.
